Ecological monitoring training course held

On February 7, 2017 the opening ceremony of the Ecological Monitoring Training Course for Koror State conservation officers and rangers was held at Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC). The training is conducted by PICRC in collaboration with Palau Community College (PCC) and Protected Areas Network Office (PAN O) with the assistance of Palau Coral Reef and Island Ecosystem (P-CoRIE) project. This course will cover techniques on surveying methods and specific needs for the conservation officers and rangers to apply when monitoring Koror State PAN Sites.
