“We congratulate Joy for her achievement. She juggled work, family and school and was able to successfully complete her studies and graduate as a member of the Beta Omicron Zeta Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society”, stated PICRC CEO, Dr. Yimnang Golbuu. “At PICRC, we encourage growth opportunities for all our staff members. Capacity building benefits the individual, but also the Center as a whole”.
