On behalf of PICRC, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Yimnang Golbuu was honored to receive the certificate signed by Minister Faustina Rehuher-Marugg of the Ministry of State and Minister Elbuchel Sadang of Ministry of Finance. “We are honored for this recognition,” stated Golbuu, “First and foremost, PICRC is the Center for the people of Palau, even though the results of our work is relevant regionally and globally.  It is therefore a priority for the Center to support local development, especially for our young people who are interested in science and research.  We thank the government of Palau for this honor and recognition.”
