The public is hereby informed that the Interim Chief Executive Officer is soliciting  proposals from interested business or companies to supply and deliver Drones and drones  parts and accessories. Specifications for needed items will be available after Sept. 22,  2023. Interested businesses or companies may contact Ms. Caryn Lkong Koshiba, Interim  Chief Executive Officer at the contacts noted below for copies of the specifications, or you  may pick them up at the Giant Clam Gift Shop. This is 100% funded by UNDP-GEF 7  Project title: Strengthening the Palau National Marine Sanctuary for the  Conservation and Management of Global Marine Biodiversity and Sustainable  Fisheries.

Bidding Period: September 24, 2023 to October 9, 2023 

Opening Date: October 10, 2023

Proposals or tenders must be submitted to Palau International Coral Reef Center no later  than 4:00 PM (Palau Time) on Oct 9, 2023 which is the closing date of this IFB. The  IFB Number as well as the Company Name must be clearly marked on the outside of the  envelope. The Procurement Officer reserves the right to extend the opening date of said  IFB, modify or cancel this notice, and reject non-conforming offers if it deemed necessary.
