PRR, SHIMBROS Inc., Taty’s Food Hub, Carol Emaurois, and The Penthouse to serve at PICRC’s 24th Anniversary Gala Dinner

Preparations are in full swing as the Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC) partners with Palau Royal Resort (PRR), SHIMBROS Inc., Taty’s Food Hub, Carol Emaurois, and The Penthouse to curate an unforgettable dining experience for its Annual Gala Dinner Fundraiser. The 24^th Gala Dinner will take place on the evening of January 23, 2025, at the Center’s grounds.

PRR, the prestigious and well-known resort, will craft a three-course menu designed exclusively for the Gala Dinner. Guests can look forward to an elegantly plated dining experience with entrée options featuring premium beef, freshly caught fish, chicken, or a vegetarian dish.

In its commitment to supporting Palauan entrepreneurs and the local community, PICRC will feature appetizers from beloved local chefs and businesses. Taty’s Food Hub will serve their signature Nacho Poke, while Carol Emaurois brings the local jam to complement the taro bread from The Penthouse. Drinks will be served by SHIMBROS Inc., a longtime supporter of PICRC’s Annual Gala Dinner. They have been in Palau since the 1990s and continue supporting the Center during its Annual Gala Dinner.
