REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC) is requesting proposals proposals from  qualified restaurants to provide full catering services, including food preparation, delivery,  setup, and professional waiter staff for the event. RFP specifications can be picked up  at the Giant Clam Gift Shop between 8:00am to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday or  requested by email to [email protected].  

Interested businesses, agencies, institutions or individuals are requested to submit a  detailed proposal in accordance with the Request for Proposal Specification to the  following address:

Offeror acknowledges that the submission of an offer or proposal provides PICRC the right  to inspect at reasonable time the part of the place of business of a contractor or  subcontractor which is related to the performance of any contract awarded by PICRC.  Failure to allow inspection may result in the rejection of the proposal/offer. 

Only one copy of the proposal is required. Proposals must be enclosed in an envelope and  addressed to Palau International Coral Reef Center and via email to [email protected]. Proposals must be received before or on September 18, 2025 at 4:00pm (local time).  Proposals received after the closing date of this RFP will not be considered. 

The Palau International Coral Reef Center reserves the right to reject all proposals and to  reissue an amended RFP. PICRC may award the full or part of the proposals. Offers or  proposals may be rejected and no contract awarded by the PICRC if it is in the best interest  of PICRC.
