REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC) is soliciting proposals from qualified  and licensed construction contractors for the PICRC eDNA Lab Renovation Project at the  PICRC compound in M-Dock Medalaii, Koror, Republic of Palau.

Proposals must be received by PICRC no later than 4:00 PM (Palau Time) on September  29, 2026. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The RFP  specifications may be obtained from the Giant Clam Gift Shop during normal business  hours from 8am to 5pm or by contacting Caryn Lkong Koshiba, Administration Director,  at (680) 488-6950 / 6953 or email [email protected]. 

The Palau International Coral Reef Center reserves the right to reject any or all proposals,  reissue an amended RFP, and award all or part of the work if doing so is in the best
