REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Palau International Coral Reef (PICRC) Center is soliciting Proposals from  Independent Certified Public Accountants (CPA) for a 3-year contract to conduct Single  Audit of the Palau International Coral Reef Center. The audit period will cover fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. For each fiscal year, the audit will cover the twelve months period  from October 1 to September 30. 

Interested individuals or CPA Firms are requested to submit a detailed proposal in  accordance with the Request for Proposal to the following address:

Only one copy of the proposal is required. The fee proposal should not be disclosed in the  main proposal but should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. Proposals must be  enclosed in an envelope and addressed to Palau International Coral Reef Center and must  respond to all the structured criteria as contained in the RFP. Proposals must be received  by PICRC by 4:00PM on August 17, 2026. Proposals received after the closing date of  this RFP will not be considered. Offeror acknowledges that the submission of an offer or proposal provides PICRC the right  to inspect at reasonable time the part of the place of business of a contractor or  subcontractor which is related to the performance of any contract awarded by PICRC.  Failure to allow inspection may result in the rejection of the proposal/offer. 

The Palau International Coral Reef Center reserves the right to reject all proposals and to  reissue an amended RFP. PICRC may award the full or part of the proposals. Offers or  proposals may be rejected and no contract awarded by the PICRC if it is in the best interest  of PICRC.
