Position: Maintenance Technician
Salary: $10,764 – $18,087 per annum depending on experience and   qualifications plus generous fringe benefits

PICRC is seeking applicants for the position of Maintenance Technician. This position requires a person who is skilled in various areas including carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and  maintenance procedures. Duties include daily upkeep of the facilities to include maintenance of  the facilities and grounds, scheduling and executing repairs, developing and conducting  preventative maintenance procedures, and maintaining inventory. 

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Strong background in carpentry, electrical systems and plumbing preferred

• Must possess strength, stamina, and mobility to perform medium to heavy physical work 

• Excellent problem-solving skills 

• Must have good command of spoken and written English language 

• Must be able to work in shifts, on holidays and weekends, or overtime as needed

• Able to prioritize, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, work effectively individually as well as with a team.
