Ngaraard Elementary School runner-up winners for participation rates of the Arts & Tides 2024 Calendar Competition

The Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC) is pleased to announce that Ngaraard Elementary School came in at 2^nd place for participation rates of the Arts & Tides 2024 Calendar Competition. Ngaraard Elementary School had a 97% participation rate.

PICRC’s Interim CEO, Caryn Lkong Koshiba, and staff from PICRC’s Outreach Department traveled to Ngaraard Elementary School on the first day of the semester on Wednesday, July 12^th to congratulate the students and deliver the prizes. The school received $200 worth of prizes of their choice—hand soap, toothpaste, and two cases of tissues. 

PICRC staff also celebrated Syla E. Brell, who placed first for Grade 1, and Aldan Ngirailemesang, who placed first for Grade 7.
