Palau International Coral Reef Center Welcomes Sheldon Salvador as New Security Officer

The Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Sheldon Salvador as the Center’s new Security Officer.

Mr. Salvador brings valuable experience to the role, having previously served as a Security Officer at Palau Shipping and as a warehouse worker at WCTC. A resident of Medalaii hamlet, Sheldon is enthusiastic about stepping into this role, noting that the position aligns perfectly with his background and offers a convenient commute. Beyond his professional life, Sheldon is an avid fisherman who enjoys spending his free time on the water.

He discovered the opportunity through PICRC’s website and social media channels and is eager to expand his knowledge and security experience within the organization. “I hope to be working with PICRC for a long while, and I am grateful for the opportunity,” Salvador shared.

Ms. Joy Shmull, Facility & Equipment Coordinator, expressed great enthusiasm for the new addition to the team.
