PICRC’s 21st Anniversary Fundraising Dinner Gala to feature Elilai Restaurant & Keriik’s Catering with Full Table Service

The Palau International Coral Reef Center’s (PICRC) 21^st Anniversary Fundraising Dinner Gala will be held on January 20, 2022. As with previous PICRC Fundraising Dinner Gala events, the main objective for the event is to ensure an unforgettable night for PICRC’s dedicated supporters. Recognizing that good food and excellent services are fundamental for this experience, much consideration and planning are always invested into the selection of vendors. 

After some deliberation, PICRC is delighted to partner once again with Elilai Restaurant, one of Palau’s premier restaurants. Since its opening in 2007, Elilai Restaurant has become a popular dining place for both residents and visitors alike.  Complementing Elilai Restaurant’s full course meal, consisting of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, is a Japanese-themed set of appetizers and starters by Keriik’s Catering during the cocktail hour. Chef Keriik Besong is a self-made young business entrepreneur who recently returned to Palau and already demonstrates promising skills and high-quality service. Drinks for the cocktail hour and for the whole evening will be donated by Shimbros International.  Throughout the evening, a full table service will be provided by Motol Brell & Crew, a group of professional servers that has served at functions held at the Palau Pacific Resort and other top-rated hotels.
