Vacancy – Program Development Manager

Position: Program Development Manager 
Salary: $26,620-41,040 per annum depending on experience and qualifications plus generous fringe benefits

PICRC is seeking applicants for the position of Program Development Manager. This position is  design as an administrative position for Research Department. Position shall lead the  development and coordination of research and conservation projects while expands program  development beyond nearshore ecosystems to include offshore and pelagic marine systems,  integrating science, policy, and community priorities.  

The role supports interdisciplinary collaboration, strategic partnerships, and project funding  development aligned with PICRC’s national mandate and long-term research objectives with  project management and stakeholder engagement skills. 

This position requires at a minimum, of a Bachelor degree in Marine Science, Natural Resource  Management, Communications, project management or related field.
